HotSchedules was a hot topic last week. First, we were excited to hear how Quaker Steak & Lube has improved their operations and reduced the time it takes to create schedules by 60 percent. The article – which you can read on Nation’s Restaurant News – interviewed Tony Quintal, senior director of financial analysis for the restaurant chain. They really got to the heart of the ways Quaker Steak & Lube have eased their scheduling challenges using HotSchedules mobile and cloud-based tools.

It must have been a hit with the industry too because restaurant technology experts Brandon Hull, founder of NextRestaurant.com and Nate Riggs, host of Social Restaurant Podcast, spent some time talking about the rollout and how managers can use HotSchedules in their own restaurants.
