DALLAS, Aug. 18, 2014 – Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) awarded three dedicated supplier partners with the annual Supplier Partner of the Year Award, the company’s highest honor. Through their respective services, these businesses continuously work to support Brinker’s brands, reduce costs and execute integral company initiatives.
The Supplier Partner of the Year Award recognizes outstanding Brinker supplier partners who offer innovative business ideas and solutions to create a great experience for guests and team members.
The 2014 Brinker International Supplier Partner of the Year Award recipients are:
Henny Penny: Founded and based in Eaton, Ohio, Henny Penny has been innovating high quality foodservice equipment for more than 50 years. The company owned every step, from recommending cost-saving equipment to hosting training sessions, of a recent fryer rollout to Chili’s® Grill & Bar restaurants.
Highland Baking Co.: Family-owned and operated in Northbrook, Ill., Highland Baking Co. provides a breadth of quality bread products to Chili’s and Maggiano’s Little Italy®. A Brinker supplier partner for 20 years, Highland Baking Co. produces innovative bread products unique to each brand and is always ahead on the latest industry trends.
