AUSTIN, TX – March 10, 2016 – HotSchedules®, a leading provider of mobile technology for the restaurant and hospitality industries, today introduced its Global Partnership Network. Built for companies that serve the hospitality industry, the program includes two tracks: the Global Developer Network for developing solutions on the HotSchedules IoT Platform and the Global Channel Network for reselling the HotSchedules app portfolio. The Global Partnership Network will provide enablement support, technological advantages and new business opportunities for innovators and resellers.
Through the HotSchedules Global Developer Network, independent software vendors (ISVs), point-of-sale (POS) providers, third-party developers, systems integrators and customers can access the content (APIs and SDKs) and support needed to develop solutions on the HotSchedules IoT Platform.
The HotSchedules IoT Platform enables restaurants to connect to any system, service or device via the cloud. It enables developers to build mobile applications up to ten times faster than usual, at one-tenth the typical cost. Developers can access data from all HotSchedules and third-party solutions connected to the platform. And with HotSchedules IoT Platform development tools, developers can build native applications (iOS and Android) and integrations without going through app store approval processes. Overall, the IoT Platform liberates hospitality data, reduces IT costs and improves the performance of hospitality applications.
Via the HotSchedules Global Channel Network, partners can resell the HotSchedules app portfolio. It includes mobile solutions for recruiting, training, scheduling, shift communications, inventory, analytics and more. This network helps resellers expand their addressable market, target new customer segments and sell more comprehensive hospitality solutions. Partners may participate in the Developer Network and Channel Network simultaneously.
Both tracks feature three levels of partnership: Select, Advanced and Master. Each tier requires participants to meet different certification and program requirements. As partners advance from the Select to Master level, they unlock additional benefits including more extensive development, marketing and sales support. Tiers are based on the capacity, reach and track record of partnering organizations.
