Atlanta, GA – September 18, 2013 – Red Book Connect, a global cloud software company serving the restaurant and broader retail industries, announced today that Anthony Lye has joined the company as Chief Product Officer. Lye will be responsible for leading product development and cloud operations for all products, which include hiring, training, scheduling, business intelligence, shift communication, loyalty programs, labor and inventory management software and tools. He will be based in the San Francisco office.
Lye, 47, was previously Global President of Digital Platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Channels at Publicis Groupe, the world’s largest digital agency. Prior to Publicis, he was Senior Vice President & General Manager of CRM and Customer Experience (CX) at Oracle Corporation (ORCL). He has also held senior leadership positions at Siebel Systems, ePeople, and Remedy Corporation.
