Red Book Connect is proud to announce the first annual #Tipworthy Server of the Year:

Marcos Sahagun from Romano’s Macaroni Grill in Otay Ranch, California.

Stay tuned to learn what’s coming up next and keep promoting #Tipworthy service everywhere!

More about the #Tipworthy Movement

They fill our drinks and take our orders. They go above and beyond even when it isn’t required. They work the front lines of our restaurants, and they make our day because that’s what they do. Let’s give them some love.

Red Book Connect is committed to the hourly restaurant worker, and we’re spreading the word about the #Tipworthy movement. With your help, we’ll make a difference in the lives of those who serve us and truly show our appreciation for what they do-one interaction at a time. We encourage everyone to post #Tipworthy stories all year long – tweets, Facebook posts, Instagram pics, blogs, videos or anything that shares a story about rewarding great service. Rewards can be anything from over-tipping to writing a nice note to bragging about your server to their manager – or anything else! Be creative! Be sure to take a photo of you and your server and their restaurant and include it in your post.

Use the #Tipworthy hashtag when you post your story so we can find them and share them more broadly. Or you can tell us your #Tipworthy story by posting directly to any Red Book Connect or HotSchedules social media site.
