Notice the total lack of badges?
I hate when any of my apps have those little red numbers in the upper, right-hand corner. Any time I download a new app, I disable the notifications right away.
I wouldn’t recommend this for your HotSchedules app though because there could be some pretty useful stuff that needs to be addressed, but let me show you how you can customize the notifications to better suit your preference.
Join me, won’t you…
Before anything, you want to make sure your notifications are enabled for the HotSchedules app by navigating to your phone’s settings, and selecting what type of notifications you want.
Once you have the notifications enabled…
Navigate to the HotSchedules app, click the Menu button in the upper, left-hand corner of the screen, select Settings, and then Preferences. You can then select Notifications to customize which items will create a notification; whether it be a Push or Email notification.
You can further customize your notifications by logging into your HotSchedules account on a computer, and navigating to Preferences within your Settings.
Now that you have your notifications set, go clean your room, you filthy animal! I’m kidding. But seriously, that room is disgusting…
