It’s that time of year again — the sun is shining, the pools are packed, and we’re busy planning for the next HS360 User Conference. We have a great line-up of speakers, very exciting topics to discuss, and are looking forward to getting to spend time with many of our customers face-to-face again.

Our 3rd annual HS360 User Conference is shaping up to be our best yet, and we look forward to coming away with even more feedback, ideas and suggestions from our trusted customer-partners. We’ve been fortunate to have years of restaurant operations experience to help guide us in developing HotSchedules to make it the most user friendly and cost effective solution for restaurant labor scheduling – but we know our limitations.

Three years ago we realized that the best way to improve our service and offerings is to turn to the people that use HotSchedules on a daily basis. In 2008, we hosted the inaugural HotSchedules User Conference and started out with just 12 companies in attendance. We grew that number to 55 attendees last year and we’re expecting that number to increase by another 50% this year! It’s a great opportunity to get quality time with our customers and discuss the issues that matter most to them. Through our user conference we have learned that HotSchedules is so much more than a labor scheduling tool and that we’ve become integral to supporting the culture of so many of our customers. It’s truly an honor to be working with the thought leaders of the industry and we are looking forward to welcoming them to Austin this year for another great event!
