Claiming your restaurant’s Jobsabi profile is the first step towards a better way to find and hire qualified team members who fit your culture. Here’s a quick step-by-step tutorial to get you started.

LOGGING IN

There are two ways to log in to your Jobsabi account, depending on whether or not you are a HotSchedules customer.

LOGIN THROUGH HOTSCHEDULES

If you have a HotSchedules account, you’ll need to log in through HotSchedules. This ensures all of your store settings and information, including manager access is up to date. Jobsabi will gather needed information automatically from HotSchedules, making things easier for you. (Take me to my HotSchedules login.)

Once you’ve logged into your HotSchedules account, click the drop-down menu in the top-left corner of the page, and select Jobsabi from the list.

If your restaurant has already been claimed, please contact HotSchedules Customer Care at 877-720-8578.

DIRECT JOBSABI LOGIN

If you’re not a HotSchedules customer, you can login to your Jobsabi account by navigating to www.jobsabi.com . Click Restaurant Login in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to the login page.

FIRST TIME SETUP THROUGH HOTSCHEDULES

If you have a HotSchedules account, the first thing that needs to be done is to claim your store. Jobsabi will walk you through this process if it hasn’t already been completed.

Jobsabi will take the phone number you have listed in your company’s profile, and try and find your business. If a match is found, you’ll automatically be logged in to your Jobsabi account.

If your company’s profile doesn’t have a phone number listed, or for some reason Jobsabi can’t find a match, you’ll need to claim your store from a list. Simply type in your business name and address into the fields provided, and click Claim next to your store.

SETUP YOUR RESTAURANT PROFILE

Once you’ve claimed your restaurant, the next step is to make it look good! Show off what your restaurant is all about and why you are a great place to work.

Update your restaurant’s description, logo and contact information under “Profile Settings” in the menu. This information will now display on the mobile app where you employees and candidates will see you.
