Restaurants are eager to fill open positions as quick as possible with the increased volume of customers either vacationing or looking to escape the cold and seek refuge indoors. Chris Brandon, spokesman for Domino’s Pizza, described to Nation’s Restaurant News the brand’s approach to seasonal hiring as a two-fold: one, they want to make sure they’re properly staffed for these busy six weeks, and two, they use this to get new team members excited by the opportunities that exist with the Domino’s brand.
